- 2025/04/09: Xu Chenran and Xu Chen achieved gate-tunable hot electron collection in two-dimensional semiconductors and discovered that exciton-charge interactions can significantly improve the collection efficiency. The related work was accepted by Nano Letters. Congratulations!
